On the occasion of the 90th birthday of the American composer Steve Reich, STUIO PERCUSSION graz is realizing an extraordinary cultural project: 24 hours, 25 locations, and 20 program points featuring works by the artist.
For the 90th birthday of Steve Reich, one of the most influential composers of our time, STUDIO PERCUSSION graz is realizing an extraordinary cultural project. Within 24 hours, works by the Minimal Music pioneer will be performed at 25 locations and in 20 program points throughout the city. Around 90 musicians will shape this unique event, which leaves the classical concert hall and turns Graz itself into the stage – an innovative major event between musical excellence and urban experience.

Tickets for the performances in the Herz-Jesu-Kirche, at the Schauspielhaus, in the Schlossberg-Kanonenbastei, and on the campus of the University of Music and Performing Arts are available online, at the Ticket Center of the Bühnen Graz as well as in the Tourist Information Region Graz
