Three vintner dinners at the restaurant Zur Goldenen Birn in the Parkhotel Graz combine a multi-course menu with personally served wines from the winery Schönberger.

For three evenings, the restaurant Zur Goldenen Birn im Parkhotel Graz combines its cuisine with a personally presented wine accompaniment from the Schönberger winery. The winemaker dinners take place on August 6, 7, and 8, each starting at 7:00 p.m.

The focus is on the combination of selected wines with a multi-course menu. On August 7, the winemaker will be present, serving the wines and providing interesting information about the origin, style, and specifics of the presented selection. This will give the wine accompaniment a personal professional classification directly from the producer.

The announced menu includes Carabinero with goose liver, Amalfi lemon, and ginger, as well as the "King of Potatoes" with morels, porcini mushrooms, and koji. Other items include "Sissi's Coke," pigeon with truffle, bell pepper, and green asparagus, as well as doughnuts with gorgonzola, Belper Knolle, and mulberries. The sweet finish features lemon cake with rooibos, lime, and white chocolate.
