The show connects the great songs of Udo Jürgens with personal stories, memories, and anecdotes from his life.
Classic hits like "Merci Chérie," "Ich war noch niemals in New York," "Griechischer Wein," "Aber bitte mit Sahne," "Mit 66 Jahren," and "Und immer wieder geht die Sonne auf" can be heard. Singer and pianist Mario Pecoraro performs the songs live at the piano, not imitating Udo Jürgens but with his own distinct musical style. Actress Gabriela Benesch hosts the evening with narratives and personal insights.
