Cuisine: Winemaker’s Dinner

A lovingly curated menu, selected wines, and personal accompaniment throughout the evening: On Saturday, September 26, 2026, the Hügellandhof on the Schemerlhöhe will be the meeting point for all who enjoy good food and characterful wines together. Together with the Hutter Winery, a wine dinner will take place, featuring six courses paired with six corresponding wines.

Winemaker Franz Hutter and Hans Windisch personally accompany the evening, providing a special framework for the interaction between kitchen and wine. A suitably selected wine will be served with each course. This allows one to discover step by step how different aromas harmonize with each other and how food and wine complement one another.

It is this personal connection that makes the evening appealing: The menu from the Hügellandhof's kitchen meets the wines from the Hutter Winery, as the winemaker and host guide everyone through the dinner together.
