The Polsterlkino Ligist starts the cinema Saturday on July 4, 2026 with a summer evening of film and culinary delights. Beginning at 6:00 p.m., a grilling evening will take place in the forecourt. The film “Therapy for Vikings” directed and written by Anders Thomas Jensen will be shown. The plot centers around Anker, who is released from prison after fourteen years. The loot from a previous robbery has vanished, and only his brother Manfred knows the hiding place. However, Manfred's memories are fragmented due to his impaired mental state. Together, the brothers embark on a search for the money, confronting their past, old conflicts, and the question of a possible new beginning.
The film combines elements of drama, comedy, and thriller, showcasing a prominent Danish cast including Mads Mikkelsen, Nikolaj Lie Kaas, and Lars Brygmann. The runtime is 1 hour and 56 minutes, and the age rating is FSK 16.
