Current information

Parking at the private parking lot is free for guests: The respective license plate must be registered at the Auster reception on a tablet before leaving the bath (the exit must occur within 20 min). The license plates are automatically registered upon entry.

At the transition between city and nature lies the Auster in Eggenberg – a shell-shaped building with generous glass facades that lets in plenty of daylight. Here, a place is being created that connects sports, relaxation, and leisure throughout the year.

The Auster combines relaxation and vitality across more than 15,800 m²:

50 m sports pool with competition and training facilities, diving board up to 5 m – perfect for ambitious swimmers.
Outdoor pool area with water slide, diving board & beach volleyball – fun for families and sun seekers.
Wellness oasis (2,000 m²) with several saunas, whirlpools indoors and outdoors, relaxation areas with plants and loungers – retreat & relaxation.
Barrier-free & modern: ideally combined for sports, culture & enjoyment fans – urban, authentic, year-round.

The Auster creates spaces for different interests. Early swimmers enjoy the tranquility of the sports pool, families spend the day in the outdoor pool, and in the evening, the sauna under the open sky beckons. For dining, there is a café and a snack bar with regional dishes.

Particular attention is given to the seminar rooms and event spaces: groups, schools, or companies can find suitable rooms, ideally combinable with sports and wellness packages. Currently bookable: Yoga events in the wellness pool.
