25 interactive stations, 7.3 kilometres and plenty of movement, fun and variety. The sebastian RELOADED® Adventure Trail in Laßnitzhöhe turns a walk into a playful outdoor adventure for the whole family.

The sebastian RELOADED® Adventure Trail was developed according to a medical and sports science concept and incorporates the principles of Sebastian Kneipp. Playful stations such as the forest playground or the “Inner Pig Dog” add variety and make exercise and wellbeing fun to experience. The route passes through forests, meadows and Laßnitzhöhe, making it a great choice for an active family outing.

Take the A2 motorway to the Laßnitzhöhe exit and continue to the village centre.

Parking: Parking is available along Kapellenstraße and at the Park & Ride Laßnitzhöhe railway station.

Route description EN

From Laßnitzhöhe village centre, the route leads to the first adventure stations and on to the trail access point near the cemetery. After crossing the road, the trail descends through the forest. Station 8 is located near the railway station, followed by the steepest section of the adventure trail.

After Station 10, the route crosses the road near the medical centre and continues through the forest to the Moggaubach, the lowest point of the circuit. The trail then climbs again, partly along a paved road, to Hotel Liebmann and the “Green Lung” station.

A short section through the forest leads to the arboretum and the Luisenheim access point. The final stations follow a gently undulating route to Station 25, “Parkour of Slowness”, before returning to the starting point.

Allow a little extra time, as some of the adventure stations are worth stopping at. Other highlights include the Kurpark, the Christi-Geburt-Kirche and the arboretum with its tea house. Several places along the trail offer opportunities for refreshments and regional specialities.
