The approximately 7.2 km long Weitental cross-country ski trail has some challenging sections. At the same time, you can experience and enjoy the wonderful nature of the Nockberge Mountains.
The Weitental cross-country trail on the Turracher Höhe offers a special experience for advanced cross-country skiers. There is a total elevation gain of 120 meters along the entire length of the trail. There is a classic track and a skating track available.

Coming from Judenburg via Unzmarkt to Scheifling. Turn right here towards Murau. Drive straight on from Murau to Predlitz. Turn left in Predlitz and take the winding main road up to Turracher Höhe.
Coming from Tamsweg, drive straight ahead on the main road as far as Predlitz. Turn right in Predlitz and take the winding road up to the Turracher Höhe.

From the Wildkofpbahn parking lot, the trail leads through the Swiss stone pine forest toward Schwarzsee. From Schwarzsee, you walk toward the Weitentallift, where the route repeatedly crosses the ski slope.
