Nature toboggan run "Grebenzen"

The toboggan run leads through the beautiful forest from Grebenzenhaus to the pilgrame church Maria Schönanger, where you can warm up. After that, the toboggan run continues rapidly to the famous Engelbrunnen, which is usually wonderfully icy in winter. A short stop is worthwhile. The last part leads lober the ski slope into the valley.
Although tobogganing is a fun recreational acitiviy, we ask for self-responsibility and caution when going downhill.

Coming from Judenburg via Unzmarkt to Scheifling. Here turn right in the direction of Teufenbach. In Teufenbach keepp left towards Mariahof. In Mariahof turn right and drive to St. Lambrecht.
Coming from Tamsweg via Stadl an der Mur or Ranten to Murau. In Murau keep right towards Steirische and Kärntnerische Laßnitz and continue to St. Lambrecht.
From the valley station of the Grebenzen cable car, take the gondola uphill and turn right towards the east to Maria Schönanger. From there via the toboggan rund and the forest path to the Grebenzen Schutzhaus.
From the Grebenzen Schutzhaus the toboggan rund leads us downhill on a beautiful path trough the forest to Maria Schönanger. The route continues winding to the Engelbrunn, which is usually icy in winter, and then the last stretch downhill along the ski slope. There it goes at full speef into the home stretch. At the bottom we can stop at the huts and restaurants at the valley station Grebenzen or in the nerby village center.
