About our hostel Zinkenalm hostel, which is located in a small town Lachtal in Austria, is a place where you can hire rooms in a good price. This location provides attractions both in summer and in winter. Lachtal is a place, in which you can do a lot of sports – from walks to mountain climbing and cycling. Besides this near the hostel there is an ice rink and illuminated sleigh run. Ski-centrum, which is nearby guarantees white fun in the winter period. Skiers and snowboarders will find here 25 km of picturesque routes.For those who want to learn how to snowboard in the vicinity of the the hostel there is ski resort Lachtal, where you can find various skiing schoold with a qualified instructor's staff, who will teach everybody this pleasant sport. Zinkenalm is a cosy hostel located among Austrian Alps. Rest from city noise, clean air and mountain climate will make you feel free and calm. The rooms are modest but comfortable. We offer cheap accomodation and food. In our restaurant you can eat full or half board, and in the bar you can relax with your friends with different kinds of drinks. There is also a games room in the building where you can spend time after skiing. The proximity of slopes and mountain trails makes it easy to move without a car.
