If you are arriving by car from the east, take the Phyrn highway A9, at the junction St. Michael switch to the Murtal expressway SS36 towards Klagenfurt, which later becomes the B317. Continue through Neumarkt / Styria and St. Marein. 1 km behind St. Marein, turn left after the short 4-lane descent.
After 1.5 km, follow the sign to Sankt Veit to the right, in Sankt Veit follow the main road left past the church until the first junction (before a wayside shrine) to the left.
From the south, drive from Klagenfurt on the B317 until you pass Wildbad Einöd on the right, right after passing through the gorge in 3 km turn right.

If arriving via the Tauern highway A10, exit the highway at "St. Michael im Lungau" and continue on the federal road B95 over Murau to Neumarkt in Styria. Continue through Neumarkt / Styria and St. Marein. 1 km behind St. Marein, turn left after the short 4-lane descent.

If traveling by train, the Neumarkt in Styria train station is your stop.
By arrangement, pickup at the train station can also be arranged.
