CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 3 months before the start of the trip, there are no cancellation fees. For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the trip, 30% of the booking value will be charged; up to 7 days before arrival, 70%; 6 days to 1 day before the start of the trip 90%; and for cancellations on the day of arrival as well as "No Show," 100% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

We are flexible regarding your estimate time of arrival (after 4pm). Tell us as soon as you can see when you are likely to be at the apartment by phone or email and then someone will be happy to welcome you and somebody will introduce the flat to you.
