Already at the time of the plague, at the beginning of the 18th century, the vlg "Fortner" find a house band. The current chapel was built in 1887. The place of worship is bricked, with an approximately square plan, a roof turret with a small bell rises above the gable roof. The altar of the chapel is designed in the form of a triptych from the middle part and two side parts of the early baroque high altar of the parish church of St. Oswald, which had to give way to the current high altar in 1776.

The wings show: Middle St. Oswald with St. Florian and St. Wolfgang, right St. George with dragon, left St. Sebastian. The wooden relief of St. Isidor, the peasant saint, also called "Styrian Lord God". A black-bearded man leans towards the viewer over a cloud with a gesture of blessing. The well-modeled head is surrounded by a halo, the right hand holds a hay rake. After the clothes, leather trousers, pleated shirt, open long skirt, the high relief was created around the middle of the 18th century.

The two panels with Stations of the Cross from the 18th century, painted copies of the miraculous image of Mariazell and the Passau Mariahilf image should be mentioned of the other furnishings of the chapel. In addition, a votive picture of Maria Schöder from 1765 is kept in this chapel.
