The former Salvator pharmacy has become a new meeting place on the subject of beer in the center of the beer town of Murau. Not only in the heart of the city, but also, according to records, in the oldest building in Bierstadt, a new meeting place has emerged after intensive renovation work!

The Murau Beer Pharmacy is not only a place to get together in a cozy atmosphere, but also includes a store where typical pharmacy products can be purchased. In addition to products made from the medicinal plant of our coveted hop blossom, there is also beer in "small doses".

Even in the Middle Ages, beer was considered a healing drink, has been used for centuries as a natural remedy, and is not harmful when enjoyed in moderation. A perfect prerequisite for a beer pharmacy. Particular emphasis was placed on regionality. After intensive months of collaboration and attention to detail, products were developed in cooperation between the Murau brewery and various traders from the region. The result is great regional products such as various beer soaps, beer salts, beer gels, Zirbenzuckerl, Trebernverhackertes or Trebernschinken.
