We start our hike at the Eisenwurzenhalle in Weißenbach a.d. Enns. First, we follow the Fellnerweg through a residential area, cross the Pfaffengraben, and hike uphill. After a small hilltop, the trail descends until it forks. Here, we head uphill to the summit. We take this same path back until we reach the familiar fork, where this time we don’t go uphill but continue downhill. We follow the trail to Weißenbach and return to our starting point via the Leitnerweg.

You should also be well prepared for changeable weather.

Packing your backpack correctly makes things much easier:
Pack heavy items first. Your water bottle should always be easily accessible in a side pocket. Everything you need frequently, such as sunglasses, your smartphone, or hiking map, should be packed on top.
