At Steinhauserhof, everything revolves around the passion for good meat. Since taking over our agricultural operation in 2024, we have been managing around 40 hectares of forest, 20 hectares of grassland, and 60 hectares of alpine pastures with much passion and responsibility. Our approximately 30 pigs enjoy free-range throughout the year during their rearing. For our approximately 30 cattle, we rely on mother cow husbandry in free-range conditions on the alpine and pasture lands.
As a regional direct marketer from Admont, quality, regionality, and above all, the well-being of our animals take top priority for us. The passion for the butcher's craft and the respectful treatment of our animals form the basis for high-quality products.
That's why everything comes from us: from the rearing of the animals at Steinhauserhof, to the stress-free slaughter directly at our farm, to the traditional processing of meat, sausage, and smoked specialties. From the Gesäuse region - for people who value quality, transparency, and real taste.
