We live in the Gesaeuse, love the landscape and draw the strength for creative work from it.

Following my father's example, I devote all my attention to the old techniques. I try to let them flow into our time. I am of the opinion that we are painters (artists only with a slightly larger scope) and only secondarily coaters. History shows us the way: from the beginning of mankind, rooms have reflected man and his time. From cave paintings, magnificent temples, churches and palaces to teenage bedrooms and today's interior design, they bear witness to our ideas and visions. Rooms become the formal expression of our inner world, our visions.
