The company was taken over by Anton Wagner, the grandson of the company founder, in 2006 and is now being run by the third generation. In 1968, Anton Wagner senior founded the "Taxiunternehmen Wagner". As early as 1976, the first bus with 25 seats was purchased. In 1981, Anton Wagner junior took over the business and acquired further buses for the company.

Today, with 7 buses ranging from 15 to 52 seats, 4 taxi vehicles and a minibus suitable for wheelchairs, the company is one of the most renowned in the Liezen district.
