In a quiet and child-friendly location, a newly renovated, comfortable apartment with a Swiss stone pine feel-good factor awaits you. The apartment impresses with its separate entrance, which gives you the feeling of being alone. Thanks to the successful layout, you have the option of spending time together in the living room as well as finding a retreat in your own room.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and suitable for families as well as small groups. The Swiss stone pine elements that dominate the apartment allow you to take a deep breath and relax in winter and summer after sporting activities around the Gesäuse. The spacious and open kitchen gives you the opportunity to prepare meals together and to start and end the day with joy.
Up to 5 people can sleep comfortably at night. There is also an additional sofa bed in the living room for a 6th person.

The price includes electricity, water, bed linen and towels on loan. Use of the washing machine in the apartment.
Breakfast and drinks service are also available for an extra charge. Please contact us on arrival.

The rental is on a weekly basis. For shorter stays (min. 4 nights) we charge a surcharge of 60 Euro.
Arrival / departure is preferably on weekends. Different arrival/departure days should be arranged in advance.
