On this guided tour of the Plankhof farm you will learn, among other things, how milk is produced and what work has to be done on a farm.

Health aspect:

The guided tour with Roswitha teaches you about the production of basic foodstuffs such as milk, meat, eggs, etc. What is the difference between milk straight from the farm and milk from the supermarket shelf? This increases your nutritional competence so that you can eat healthily with your daily grocery shopping.
