On numerous winter hiking paths, you will discover our imposing mountain world here in Styria. Better news still: on most of them, you won’t even need skis! If you have ever trudged through knee-deep snow, you will already be aware that winter hiking can be very strenuous. That said, you will be happy to know that we keep 300 km of hiking paths cleared in the winter months, allowing you to walk almost effortlessly through the magically snowy Styrian countryside - accompanied by absolutely magnificent mountain vistas.
