Speis at Lendhafen

The Speis am Lendhafen has established itself in Graz's Lendviertel as a restaurant that focuses on regionality, seasonality, and sustainability. Behind the concept is a young team that connects creative cuisine with clear ecological principles. Ingredients are sourced from the surrounding area, often from producers who work just a few kilometers away. The topic of resource conservation also plays an important role – from the conscious selection of products to the aim of leaving as little waste as possible.

The culinary offering is heavily influenced by the respective season and is predominantly vegetarian and vegan. The dishes demonstrate how versatile regional products can be used without sacrificing international influences. This results in a cuisine that appears both down-to-earth and modern. This is complemented by a suitable beverage selection that also focuses on origin and quality with a range of natural and organic wines.

The Speis am Lendhafen sees itself as a place for contemporary gastronomy that combines enjoyment with responsibility. With this ambition, the establishment not only integrates into the vibrant scene of the Lendviertel but also sets its own accents in Graz's culinary landscape.
