Margareten swimming pool

Nestled between charming old buildings in the vibrant Geidorf, the Margaretenbad reveals a retreat with a family character. The historic ambiance – built in 1928 according to plans by architect Eugen Székely – conveys a sense of permanence and community amidst the Graz Region.

Looking forward to this:

• Sport & Fun: 25-meter pool with a non-swimmer area, Cobri slide & children's splash pool.

• Movement & Play: Two beach volleyball courts, beach soccer/footvolleyball, as well as table tennis.

• Community & Enjoyment: Year-round outdoor pool terrace with a beer garden atmosphere, regional snacks and drinks right by the water.

• Neighborhood & Soul: Neighborhood initiative enlivens the pool even beyond the season with festivals and meetings

At the Margerl, people come together to swim, chat, and linger. The relaxed atmosphere and the mix of activity and tranquility have always made the pool a place for young and old.
