Ginko Greenhouse

Ginko Greenhouse is the vegan sister establishment of the well-known Ginko Restaurant and is located centrally in the Altstadtpassage at Herrengasse 7. It focuses on a cuisine that is plant-based – with bowls, bagels, a changing lunch menu, homemade vegan cakes, and freshly squeezed juices.

The concept: You serve yourself at the buffet island, choose how much you want, and pay by weight. The ingredients come from regional and seasonal sources as much as possible, and additives are avoided. The bright greenhouse ambiance with plants and Scandinavian design creates a relaxed atmosphere that invites you to stay longer.

The Greenhouse is completely vegan – all dishes are plant-based. It is particularly popular for coffee & cake, breakfast, and light meals. Falstaff lists it in the café guide with high ratings for coffee, food, and style.
