Bar Flora in the Parkhotel Graz

The Bar Flora in the Parkhotel Graz elegantly combines tradition and innovation. During the day, the bar presents itself as a stylish café, where guests can enjoy a cup of Wiener Melange or cappuccino while savoring the artistry of Jan Eggers, the "Gault&Millau Pastry Chef of the Year 2024." His homemade pastries are not only a visual delight but also a true taste experience.

From 6:00 PM, the Flora transforms into a cocktail bar of a special kind. Here, only spirits from local distillers are used – a unique concept that makes Flora the first 100% Local Spirits cocktail bar in Austria. Whether it's signature cocktails or classics like the "Negroni Austriaco" – each drink tells the story of Austrian distilling art.

The atmosphere of the Bar Flora is as extraordinary as its concept. Overlooking the rose garden in the courtyard of the Parkhotel, the bar offers an inviting ambiance that encourages a return visit. Regular live piano music and stylish design make this bar a special place for connoisseurs.
