Adler Apotheken Museum

The Adler Pharmacy Museum in Graz brings the history of the art of medicine to life. Amongst old containers, scales, and formula books, the collection shows how pharmacists worked in the past and the role that craftsmanship and knowledge played in healing.

The exhibition takes visitors through different epochs of pharmacy and provides insight into the development of drug preparation and everyday pharmacy practices. Particularly impressive is how much handwork, precision, and experience went into each individual preparation.

The museum can only be visited as part of a guided tour, and prior registration is required. A worthwhile visit for anyone interested in history, science, and traditional craftsmanship.
