The signposted Ligister Sch(m)ankerlweg (Ligist Culinary Trail) leads through the characteristic cultivated landscape around Ligist, passing traditional orchards, meadows and vineyards. Along the way, there are open views across Ligist and the Kainachtal valley.
Three culinary stops are located along the route. Rosenzopf beekeepers focuses on bees and local honey products, while Buschenschank Zach and Buschenschank Dokter serve homemade specialities, juices and regional wines. Information panels and historic features along the trail also provide insights into traditional farming.

Public parking available in Ligist
From Ligist Market Square, the trail passes Museum Ligist and continues to the historic wine press. A gentle climb followed by forest and meadow trails leads towards Rosenzopf beekeepers, with panoramic views across Ligist and the Kainachtal valley.
Passing the Huberkapelle on the right, the route follows a paved road through the forest to Buschenschank Zach. It then descends through orchards to Buschenschank Dokter. The final section follows the vineyards and Grabenstraße back to Ligist Market Square.

Advance booking is required for a visit to Rosenzopf beekeepers. Larger groups are also advised to make a reservation at Buschenschank Zach and Buschenschank Dokter.
