Styrian Chamber Music Festival: Aussee Advent

On December 8, festive folk music will enter the Basilica Stift Rein with the Ausseer Advent. The Styrian Chamber Music Festival will focus on lived tradition, familiar sounds, and the special atmosphere of the Advent season this afternoon.

The Ausseer Advent stands for the musical culture that has been cultivated and passed down in Styria for generations. Folk music and Advent customs come together in a festive program that captures the contemplative side of the pre-Christmas season while also making the liveliness of regional traditions palpable.
