ORF Styria Sound Cloud

The Park Kirchengasse in Feldkirchen near Graz will be one of the numerous venues for the ORF Steiermark Klangwolke on Friday, July 17, 2026. As part of a free public viewing, the broadcast of the Styriarte concert from the Helmut List Halle will be watched together, making the market community a part of a styrian-wide cultural event.

The centerpiece of the Klangwolke 2026 is Gustav Mahler's monumental Symphony No. 2 C minor "Resurrection". The work will be performed by conductor Mei-Ann Chen together with the Styriarte Youth Orchestra. Soloists will include Miriam Kutrowatz (soprano) and Maria Hegele (mezzo-soprano), along with the chor pro musica graz and mondo musicale.

The ORF Steiermark Klangwolke will transform the entire Styria into a grand concert hall for the 19th time. Numerous communities, associations, and venues participate with public viewings or radio broadcasts, allowing everyone to experience the concert together outdoors or in special locations. Feldkirchen near Graz is also one of these venues, creating a regional meeting point for music lovers.

The event in the Park Kirchengasse starts at 8:00 p.m.. The concert broadcast will begin at 9:00 p.m. on ORF III and Radio Steiermark. Admission is free.
