KLANGLICHT 2026 brings light and sound art to Eggenberg Palace daily from October 23 to November 7 from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. Entry is only possible with a valid ticket and booked time slot.
KLANGLICHT 2026 takes place daily from October 23 to November 7 from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. at Schloss Eggenberg in Graz. The installations in the castle and the castle park are dedicated to the theme of time and engage with the special architecture of the UNESCO World Heritage site.
For the visit, a valid ticket with a booked entry time slot is required. A regular ticket costs 19 euros in advance and 24 euros at the box office, reduced tickets cost 10.50 euros or 15.50 euros. Children accompanied by an adult up to the age of 7 have free admission.
The ticket is valid on the day of the event two hours before and two hours after the visit as a ticket for bus and tram in the Graz Zone 101. Public parking spaces around the castle are only available in limited numbers.
The stroll through the castle and park is approximately 2 kilometers long and partly leads over gravel or unpaved paths. KLANGLICHT takes place in any weather. Weatherproof clothing and sturdy shoes are therefore advisable. The paths around the castle are accessible by wheelchair, and barrier-free toilets and parking spaces are available.
