From June 30 to July 5, 2026, various lobster dishes will be offered. A “Select Lobster” weighing 1000 to 1200 grams will be promoted. The menu includes a half lobster grilled, a half lobster as spaghetti “Aragosta,” and a half lobster as ragout. This event thus offers different preparation methods and flavor profiles centered around the lobster product.
