The Funkelburg in Graz combines a festive atmosphere with creative cuisine: In the pop-up bistro, an international culinary journey awaits for sharing.

When Graz enters the pre-Christmas season, the Funkelburg opens, offering an exceptionally staged world of enjoyment. From November 13 to December 31, 2026, Brockmanngasse 89 will become the venue for a temporary pop-up that combines culinary delights with Christmas decoration.
The Funkelburg is staged by space designer Andreas Stern. The focus is on a creative sharing concept that takes guests on a culinary journey around the world. There are three options available featuring six, nine, or twelve dishes. Festive flavors meet the relaxed atmosphere of a modern bistro and seasonal delicacies.
A visit is possible only with a fixed reservation, at reservierung@geschwister-rauch.at or online. Thus, the Funkelburg offers a blend of imaginative Christmas staging, internationally inspired cuisine, and shared enjoyment through the sharing menu during the Graz Advent season.
