Sonorous yoga sessions in the Lurgrotte Peggau "Sun & Moon"

The event "Cave Gong Sun & Moon" invites you to a special yoga and sound journey in the historic Lurgrotte Peggau. Under the guidance of Wolfgang Hasenhüttel and Sandra Pirstinger, body, breath, and sound are connected as one — amidst the silent rock of the cave.
Entrance is always half an hour before the start of the event.
Participation begins with preparatory yoga and breathing exercises (pranayama, meditation, gentle movements), no prior knowledge required — ideal for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. This is followed by a sound relaxation with gong and crystal singing bowls: The gong symbolizes the masculine, active principle (Surya) in yoga, while the crystal singing bowls represent the feminine, calm principle (Chandra). The combination creates a harmonious sound field that can help to release blockages and find inner peace.
The sequence ends with a shared meditation and gentle conclusion. The event provides space to feel inward, strengthen the connection with body and mind, and draw new energy from the tranquility of nature.
