The sHome Apartments are located in Graz-Puntigam, just a few minutes from Graz Airport. The apartments are part of a modern residential complex and are situated quietly in the courtyard, so the nearby main street cannot be heard. They belong to the SHH Hotels Group, which operates several accommodations in Styria – including the sHome Hotel in Puntigam and the Hotel Schachenwald.
A total of seven apartments are available, each with around 35 m² of living space. Each unit has its own terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, and dishwasher, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Towels and bed linen are of course included.
A special highlight of the complex are the Flying Gardens: green roof gardens that guests can use free of charge. From there, there is a wonderful panoramic view over Graz – ideal for relaxing on beautiful days, enjoying the sun, and finding tranquility in the middle of the city.
Access is conveniently via online self-check-in, making arrival and departure particularly flexible. Free parking is available directly on the premises (registration of your vehicle license plate required). A bus stop is located just in front of the house, and the Graz-Feldkirchen train station is within walking distance. From there, guests can reach Graz city center, the Seiersberg shopping city, and Center West without changing trains.
The sHome Apartments are part of the tourist offerings of the Graz Experience Region and are suitable for both longer stays and short stopovers in and around Graz.

Contact & Directions
The check-in can be conveniently done online. You will receive a link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp at the earliest three days before your arrival. With this link, you can comfortably complete the check-in. Please also have your ID ready.
You can pay the outstanding amount directly through our payment provider Stripe during the online check-in. Various payment methods are available. Cash payment on-site is not possible.
After successful check-in and payment, you will receive the access code for your apartment as well as directions to the accommodation. On-site, signs will guide you to the apartments.
Please note: Unfortunately, it often happens that parking spaces belonging to the accommodation are occupied by unauthorized vehicles. If all designated parking spaces are occupied upon your arrival, please park in the underground garage and inform us in writing. Please then send us the parking receipt and your bank details so that we can credit you the amount.
