This hike leads across meadowsin the direction of St. Helen to the Rauchenwald Inn, further into the ditch and past the Kneipp facility. A detour is made to the "Small Water World", up to the Windberg and via Hitzmannsdorf and then hikes back to the bathing lake.
Near the Rauchenwald Inn there is an old wayside cross from the 16th century - "Rauchenwald cross". It is very valuable and very well preserved. At the beginnings of the Grebenberg you will find the Kneipp falility on the right hand side (therefore: pack a towel and try it out!). The "Little Water World" is worth its detour. Many water wheels, dams and lillte houses invite you to linger in a shady grove - great snack spot for kids!

Coming from Judenburg via Unzmarkt to Scheifling. Here turn right in the direction of Teufenbach. In Teufenbach keep left towards Mariahof. Continue until you reach Neumarkt. Here turn left and keep in the direction of Mühlen. The bathing lake is located on the right side just before the village of Mühlen.
Coming from Tamsweg drive via ranten (or Stadl an der Mur) to Murau. In Murau turn right and drive over the Laßnitz and St. Lambrecht to Mariahof. Here keep right and drive straight to Neumarkt. Turn left - the bathing lake is located on the right side just before the community of Mühlen.
We walk across the meadow towards St. Helen. Immediately after the Rauchenwald inn, we turn left. When the path leads us into the forest, we follow the gravel path on the left. We are now on Grabenweg and walk along it to the Kneipp facility. After a Kneipp walk, we follow the path until we see a barrier. 200 m above the barrier is the “Kleine Wasserwelt” (small water world). After a break for games and snacks, we walk back down the path, cross the stream, and follow the ascent towards Windberg. Where the large fields begin, there is a left turn into the forest – hiking trail 6. This leads through the forest to Hitzmannsdorf. From Hitzmannsdorf, we walk back to the starting point.
