This is a wonderful circular hike with fantastic viewpoints of Peterdorf.

This route offers the perfect opportunity to get to know the landscape around Peterdorf. There are also fantastic viewing points to linger. There are also some sections of the path away from the busy road, far into the forest areas. In this regard, you can really enjoy the nature of the Murau region here.

Coming from Judenburg via Unzmarkt to Scheifling. Turn right here and drive towards Murau. In Katsch in der Mur keep right again and drive to Peterdorf.

Coming from Tamsweg, drive via Ranten (or Stadl an der Mur) to Murau. Keep left here and drive via Schöder to St. Peter am Kammersberg and further to Peterdorf.

From the starting point S2 you go into the town of Peterdorf until you come to the Eichberg junction on the left. Follow the signs uphill until you turn left into the forest and walk along the forest path, past the game reserve, to Mühltratte. At the chapel, follow the forest and meadow path to the "Buttererkreuz" - stage 3. Go left down the Kammersbergweg to the hiking trail junction to Peterdorf. This path leads directly through the farmstead. "Gosch" and on forest and meadow paths back to the Eichbergweg. On the right you follow the road back to Peterdorf and further to the starting point.
