From the Murauer Hütte you hike up to the Frauenalpe. Keep right here and continue downhill to Kaindorf. From there, follow the Mur cycle path to Stadl an der Mur.

Coming from Judenburg via Unzmarkt to Scheifling. Keep right here towards Murau. Keep left at the double traffic circle in Murau and drive over the Schlatting to the Murau Hütte.

From the Murauer Hut, we first hike to the Frauenalp peak, where we can briefly enjoy the view at the highest point of our hike. After the summit, we head northwest, descending above the Trog Hut. Shortly after the Trog Hut, we keep to the right and turn left through the forest to St. Georgen am Kreischberg. Once in St. Georgen, we walk along the Mur River on the Mur Cycle Path (R2) to Stadl an der Mur.
