The Kreischberg high-altitude trail runs at an altitude of 1,800 meters. Of course, it impresses with its guaranteed snow, but also with the romantic route through the pine forest.

Enjoy the fantastic altitude (1,700m above sea level) and glide on the 2.5km long cross-country ski trail in classic or skating style through the beautiful pine forests on the Kreischberg.

From D, NL, B, F: Via Munich, Salzburg, Tauernautobahn to St. Michael/Lungau (or Radstätter Tauernpaß), turn off to Tamsweg - continue towards Murau.

From H: Via St. Gotthard, Graz – Packautobahn (Twimberg exit) – Judenburg – Scheifling – Murau – Kreischberg.

From CH: Via Arlberg, Innsbruck, Bischofshofen, Tauernautobahn.

From I: Via Tarvis, Villach, St. Veit/Glan, Scheifling, Murau, Kreischberg.

By car from Vienna: Via Semmering, Bruck/Mur, Judenburg, Scheifling, Murau, Kreischberg.

Ascent with the gondola.

After taking the gondola lift, you start the 2.5 km long cross-country ski trail right next to the mountain station. Use of the cross-country ski trail is free; you only have to pay for the up/downhill journey with the gondola.

End the day on the Kreischberg at the huts and mountain restaurants with sun terraces.

Public parking spaces are available directly at the Kreischberg valley station.
