Coming from Judenburg via Unzmarkt to Scheifling. Turn right here towards Murau. In Murau turn left towards Schlatting. Continue to the Murauer Hütte.

Coming from Tamsweg via Ranten or Stadl an der Mur, always drive straight on to Murau. In Murau keep right towards Schlatting. Continue to the Murauer Hütte.

The starting point for this hike is the Murauer Hut on the Frauenalpe. You hike along the trail markings to the Frauenalpengipfell. You hike back on the same path.
