Information
The rustic alpine hut is romantically situated at 1,600 m in a quiet location in a small forest, a bit off the beaten track and yet in the middle of the hiking and touring skiing region Frauenalpe!
The access is possible in summer up to the hut.
In winter from the parking lot of the Murauer hut about 10 minutes walk.
The hosted Murauer hut to eat depending on opening times in 10 minutes walk.
In summer the surrounding area invites you to hikes and mushroom hunting.
In winter ski tours are possible directly from the hut.
Shopping facilities in the village of Murau.

Contact & Directions
The hut can be reached from Murau via the asphalt road to the Murauer Hütte (approx. 8 km) - well signposted.
Afterwards, a gravel/meadow path (approx. 300 metres) leads to the hut, this is blocked with a barrier.
The key is handed over to you when you arrive at the hut.
Upon arrival, someone will accompany you for the first briefing and declaration of use of the alpine hut.
