Information
Our house with the two apartments is located in the middle of the two imposing mountains in the Upper Mur Valley, the Greim (2452 m) and the Zirbitzkogel (2396 m). The apartments with 70 m2 each are spacious, comfortable and cozy. Due to the central location, many excursion destinations and leisure facilities in the area can be reached quickly and easily. Day trips to the large ski areas such as Kreischberg, Lachtal, Grebenzen or to the various hiking opportunities in the Grebenzen Nature Park are available. With the bike path right outside the front door you have a connection to the Mur bike path (Tour de Mur). There are also many small natural swimming lakes and golf courses nearby. The Red Bull Ring in Spielberg is the first address for all motorsport fans and can be reached in less than half an hour. Our house is therefore an ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities in beautiful Upper Styria. As a special feature, our guests are allowed to harvest the seasonal fruit (apples, cherries, currants ...), which is in the large garden for their own use, and use the in-house forest to look for mushrooms and mushrooms. In addition, the delicious, fresh tap water comes directly from our own mountain spring.
<p>Conditions</p>
* Children aged 0 – 6 stay for free, for children aged 7 – 16 we charge € 15,- per night
* A one-time flat fee of € 45,- will be charged for final cleaning per apartment
* Pets are allowed. An additional final cleaning fee for pets amounts to € 15,-
* For bookings of only one night, we charge a surcharge of € 10,- per person
* Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge
* The local tax of € 2.50 per person is not included in the prices
* Check-in: from 2:00 PM or by arrangement
* Check-out: until 10:00 AM or by arrangement
* If you would like to book the entire house for a maximum of 12 people, please send us a request for pricing
* Special discounts are available for long-term bookings, please send us a request for pricing
