Holiday home 14 is located in the „Ferienpark“ in Sankt Lorenzen ob Murau just a 5 minute walk away from the ski resort Kreischberg.The house was completely rearranged in 2017, where cozy furniture offer a comfortable and relaxing time.
The glass roofed terrace is the perfect spot to relax, regardless of your current weather situation.
Also allergic people will love staying in house 14, because no carpets and rugs offer a house dust free zone. Due to open wood walls and furniture, smoking is not allowed in any ferienpark house, unfortunately.
<p>Conditions</p>
Prior to your arrival, you need to pay a deposit of 300€, which you get refunded after you leave the place in good condition. This deposit is to get paid with the last payment, 4 weeks previous to your residence.
Our linens package (bedclothes + 2 towels) is 8 € per capita, but included in your offer.
For the final cleaning, we charge 80€, also included in the offer.
Washer usage is included.

Your arrival is timed to be after 4:00 pm.
When first entering the holiday home, staff will introduce you to the house and all of its’ features.
At this point, you have to pay consumer tax, linens package and final cleaning.
Check out has to be prior to 10:00 am.
