Our luxuriously furnished STEIRABUA Almchalet is located in the green heart of Austria - Styria, in the idyllic village of Schönberg-Lachtal, at 1,700 m.
The Lachtal has preserved the flair of a mountain village without mass tourism and scores with the ultimate family winter fun - a paradise for skiers, snowboarders and touring enthusiasts.
As one of the largest, most snow-sure and popular ski areas in Styria, you can choose between 35 km of blue, red and black slopes, 10 km of ski routes, 2 modern 6-seater chairlifts and 8 lifts.
The best thing: We are located directly at the ski slope and only 50m to the next tow and chairlift.
So you can enjoy the luxury of skiing in the winter from the chalet. Even in the summer it is the ideal starting point for relaxing and scenic hikes in the middle of the idyllic nature of the Lachtal.
In our traditional and top modern equipped Almchalet, you can choose between an active holiday and pure peace and relaxation every day.
On our chalet, you will always be catered for by yourself (local provider in the village), but you can also spontaneously enjoy typical Styrian specialties in the "Großa Almstadl", 50 meters away, if you do not want to cook yourself.

Details on arrival:
Our chalet is to be taken over at the arrival day between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm and has to be left left between 08.00 and 09.00 on the day of departure. The exact times has to be be agreed with us in advance.
