Information
After extensive renovation work, we are looking forward to welcoming guests to Almnest-Lachtal from January 2024. Using sustainable, ecological building and insulation materials (spruce-larch wood and wood pulp), the entire house was lovingly renovated by hand in a resource-saving manner. For example, the dismantled roof truss of the house was converted into a dining table and bench.
The small garden house on the edge of the forest was converted into its own hidden outdoor sauna.
Arrive and enjoy rustic cosiness with modern comfort. Our alpine house is located at 1,500 meters above sea level in a very quiet location, nestled on the edge of the Lachtal ski area. Enjoy the joy of having an Alpine house just for you in peace and quiet with your favorite people. A lockable bike storage area with charging stations for e-bikes is available.
The chalet is surrounded by trees in the middle of nature and is the ideal retreat to relax, dream and feel good. Enjoy an unforgettable holiday undisturbed, far away from the stress of everyday life.
Drink a glass of wine in the winter lounge or enjoy good music via the BOSE music system in the living room. In the living room you can warm yourself with the marble wall heaters. The floor heating in the vestibule, the anteroom and the bathroom will keep you warm.
Charging electric vehicles will be possible and billing is based on KW at € 0,50.
You are welcome to use the barbecue in the garden in summer and winter.
You can store your skis or snowboards in the lockable ski room, where there are also 2 sledges available for free use.
In Summer you can use our lockable bikegarage, also for charging.

- Security deposit of € 200.- upon key handover (damage deposit)

- Minimum stay in winter season: 4 nights
- Short stays can be booked at short notice depending on availability
- We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance
- Cancellation of travel is free of charge up to 30 days before departure
- The deposit of € 200.- is accepted in cash upon key handover and is refunded upon departure, minus any consumption from the MAXI Bar (fridge with drinks, coffee, tea); a price list is available in the alpine house.
- Damages or loss of furnishings will be charged.
