Hydroelectric power station Krakauschatten

Krakau

The privately managed Krakauschatten small power plant was completed in 2016.

It supplies the municipality of Krakow with energy and thus makes a contribution on the way to an energy self-sufficient municipality. The plant is also a show power station. At its heart are a high-pressure system with a high head and two Pelton turbines, which enable particularly quiet operation.
