Fly fishing at the Etrachsee
Krakau
The Etrachsee offers the perfect opportunity to engage in fly fishing in a breathtaking landscape setting.
The fish water has approximately 10 hectares of surface area and is a maximum of 4 meters deep. The Etrachbach can be fished from the lake outflow downstream over a length of 4 km.
Likewise, upstream to the north, following the left arm, up to the source for 2 km. The reed belt and its inflows must not be fished to protect the young fish population. A distance of 30m from the reeds must be maintained.
The lake is very easily accessible and can be fished with our rowboats. The diverse flowing waters offer great scenic spots and interesting pools.
Restrictions:
- Minimum size 24 cm
- No catch allowed
- Self-provided belly boats are permitted
- The barbs of the fly must be removed
- The fish may only be touched with wet hands
