Summer experiences on the farm and at the mill

An exciting insight into the world of agriculture awaits you! Together we will visit the farm known as Prack with its dairy cows and learn how delicious butter and fine curd are made from fresh milk. Afterwards, we will walk back to the old farmhouse mill, take a look behind the scenes, and bake crispy rolls in the clay oven using local spelt flour. As a grand finale, we will enjoy the still-warm rolls with homemade butter, fresh curd spread, and organic honey from the Honey Jar – it doesn't get more regional than that!
