SHARE TRAIL - where bikers and hikers meet!

Experience a technically challenging single trail in the middle of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park. For advanced mountain bikers, the trail can be mastered with some sensitivity, but without high speed.

By car from Germany
From Munich via the A8 towards Salzburg. From Salzburg on the A10 Tauernautobahn to St. Michael im Lungau. Take the B 96 to Tamsweg, then continue on the B 95 to Predlitz. The B 97 leads via Stadl/Mur to Murau. At the traffic circle there, take the direction of St. Lambrecht as far as Murau railroad station and continue in the direction of St. Lambrecht. Via Laßnitz near Murau you reach St. Lambrecht. Continue straight ahead. Turn left shortly before St. Blasen.

Arrival from Eastern Austria/Hungary
At the highway junction in St. Michael near Leoben, take the S 36 towards Klagenfurt. Drive past Knittelfeld and Judenburg to Scheifling. In Scheifling continue in the direction of Klagenfurt to Neumarkt, via Unzmarkt and Perchau am Sattel you reach Neumarkt. There turn right towards Mariahof and St. Lambrecht. In Mariahof, turn left after the railroad crossing towards St. Lambrecht. Shortly after St. Blasen, turn right.

Arrival from southern Austria/Italy
Via Klagenfurt on the S37 past St. Veit/Glan, Treibach and Friesach. In Friesach continue in the direction of Vienna, via Dürnstein and Wildbad to Neumarkt. After the town center of Neumarkt turn left towards Murau, in Mariahof turn left after the level crossing towards St. Lambrecht. Shortly after St. Blasen, turn right.
Parking spaces are available at Gasthof Kirchmoar in St. Blasen.

From the Mühlsteinboden chapel, the trail starts off across meadows and then turns into a cart path. The end point of this tour is the Orschaft St. Blasen in the municipality of St. Lambrecht.

IMPORTANT: The route may not be left or shortened.

There are electric cattle barriers along the route for both hikers and cyclists. Hikers can pass the route without any complications by simply touching the isolated area of the barrier marked in yellow. Mountain bikers can ride through the barrier.
