Larue by Piazza is today more than just a pizzeria: It is a bistro with a passion for cooking, where respect and joy for food become visible on every plate.
Larue by Piazza is a new chapter of a gastronomic business that has been operating for over ten years in the heart of Fürstenfeld. The pizzeria, formerly known as "Piazza," was taken over by us on June 1, 2024, and since then we have been continuously working to further develop it according to our vision. The name is no coincidence: "Piazza" is already known and loved in the city, and that's exactly what we wanted to preserve. At the same time, with the redesign that started in February 2026, Larue by Piazza officially emerged, now fully reflecting our style. The French name "La Rue" has been intentionally chosen.
French cuisine forms the basis of modern gastronomy, and with this name, we want to represent that quality and philosophy. Cooking is not just work for us; it is a passion – and we want to reflect that in every dish.
In our offering, pizza still plays a central role. To ensure the highest quality, we have acquired an original Italian Marana-Forni wood oven. Our goal is to serve our guests the best possible pizza without compromise.
In addition to the consistently high quality, it is especially important to us that every age group finds their favorite dishes with us.
