Our inn is a traditional family-run business that is managed with great attention to detail. Our restaurant is characterized not only by attentive staff but also by regional and seasonal cuisine.

Enjoy the variety of Austrian cuisine in Mürztal. Local delicacies are as much on the menu as international specialties and vegetarian dishes. All of this, if possible, from organically controlled cultivation. In addition, the team serves selected spirits and fine wines.

Every day except Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the dedicated kitchen team at Gasthof Zur Post takes care of your culinary well-being. Whether in the cozy hall or, in nice weather, in the beer garden: The ambiance in which you enjoy your meal is delightful both inside and outside. Your children are welcome guests in the restaurant and will be treated to kid-friendly portions.

We are available to you from Monday to Thursday and from Saturday to Monday starting at 7:00 a.m. We offer warm kitchen service on open days, Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
